Meet Team Tanaka!

Will Tanaka, JD & Leonie Lam, R have spent most of their careers in Hawaii's real estate industry and are now a full-time real estate husband and wife team.

Will is a (non-practicing) licensed Attorney with an executive background as in-house counsel and President for a local Escrow & Title company. Will is also an adjunct professor for the University of Hawaii Richardson School of Law specializing in Real Estate Law.  Will was born in Tokyo, Japan and grew up in Gardena, California where he graduated from UCLA before moving to Hawaii to attend the UH Richardson School of Law.

Over the last 20 years, Leonie has worked in executive leadership for two of Hawaii's top brokerages and is now a full-time real estate broker and is a board of director for the East Oahu and Molokai Regions with the Honolulu Board of Realtors.

Together, Will & Leonie have five children (ages 11 to 16) attending Iolani and Punahou Schools. They live in Kaimuki in a multi-generational home caring for Leonie's wonderful parents (ages 82 & 83). In their free time they enjoy yoga, working out at the gym, cooking family dinners together, beach days and supporting their five children in sports and performing arts.

Whenever possible, they travel to Japan to visit Will's family where his Mother, Father and Brother reside.
